Located on the ground floor , this is our least expensive apartment and is excellent value for money. The entrance door opens out onto the courtyard/car park. The apartment does not have a view to the Ocean but is just 20 seconds from the beach. The studio comprises a single, spacious room with Queen sized double bed and dining/sitting areas. The adjacent kitchen is open plan and adequately equipped to easily cater for up to 4 people. There is a modern, fully tiled bathroom with shower stall. Despite being our least expensive apt. #9 has all the facilities of our other apartments: Satellite TV, Stereo/CD player, ceiling fans and split system air conditioning units, etc.
