TRYSTING PLACE
The air conditioned fine dining restaurant - The Trysting Place - is open for dinner six nights a week, with a fabulous à la carte menu. Good bottled wines are served along with a supplementary listing of the higher ended vinos for those special nights that you may wish to splurge. Specialised meals are also available on request for vegetarian, vegan, low cholesterol and low salt diets. Simply advise our restaurant manager on the day you arrive and our team of chefs will work to pamper your pallet.  We ask guests dining in the Trysting Place to dress "elegantly casually" - long trousers and shirts with collars for the gentlemen, please.
